Starting early from the hotel, we will drive to the port of San Jorge, close to Rivas, where we catch the ferry that takes us to the world's biggest fresh water island, Ometepe. This island is located in Lake of Nicaragua, southeast of Granada and consists of two volcanoes, "El Concepcion" and "El Maderas", visible during the entire boat trip. You will have the opportunity to refresh yourself in the water of Lake of Nicaragua from the beautiful white sand beach of Santo Domingo, situated between the two impressive volcanoes. As well you can visit the museum, in one of the picturesque villages, that shows archeological pieces from the island and finally discover the enchanting "Laguna de Charco Verde", full of history and legends. This is doubtless a tour that you won't forget.
